Shillong is Tea Country - Everybody drinks Tea in Shillong

If you stop at any restaurant in Shillong (Barabazar area), you will definitely be served tea: it can be spicy or regular. When we were in college, my buddies and I would stop at our favorite wayside eatery: chat and laugh over nothing. We, of course, drank tea along with dosas or somosas. "Those were the days, my friend, I thought, would never end" -- remembering Fernette, Ellerene, Agnishika and all my high school friends. Here is "tea" to all of them!!
